Change your billing email, download receipts, and switch plans
Everything you need to manage your billing email, access receipts, and move between plans lives in Billing & Invoices. Most changes route through Stripe or can be started directly from your account settings.
Change your billing email or address
Your billing contact details are stored in Stripe, where your subscription is managed.
Sign in to SEO Gets.
Open Billing & Invoices.
Click Manage Billing.
In Stripe, update your name, email, and billing address.
Click Update Subscription.
Future receipts and invoices will be sent to the updated email automatically.
Download receipts and invoices
You can grab a quick PDF from Invoice History, or open Stripe for detailed receipt and payment information.
Open Billing & Invoices.
Scroll to Invoice History to see your recent invoices.
Click the download icon on any invoice to save a PDF directly.
For full receipt details, click the square icon next to an invoice to open it in Stripe.
If you need a receipt for a specific month and don't see it in Invoice History, open the same record in Stripe. Stripe keeps a complete payment and receipt history for your subscription.
Upgrade your plan
SEO Gets offers three plans: Free ($0/month), Core ($39/month), and Pro ($49/month). You can switch from Free to a paid plan, or move between paid plans, from settings. Core plans can be upgraded to Pro plans by adding Super Sites in the app.
Removing all Super Sites from a Pro plan will automatically convert your plan to Core. Canceled subscriptions convert to Free plans.

Downgrade or cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Open Billing & Invoices.
Look for the Cancel option on your current subscription.
If you don't see a Cancel option, click Manage Billing to open Stripe and cancel directly.
Still can't find it? Open the support chat and we'll stop your renewal for you.
After you cancel, your master dashboard, Google Search Console connections, and account settings remain intact. Paid-only features like GA4 data, client portals, and content decay reports are no longer accessible once the billing period ends. Switch from annual back to monthly
Annual plans include two free months, so partial refunds aren't available after the initial 30-day refund window. If you want to move back to monthly billing, cancel your annual renewal and start a new monthly subscription when your current term ends. See Switch to monthly subscription for the exact steps.
