Cancel or downgrade to the free plan
You can stop your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period, then returns to the free plan. Your master dashboard and Google connections remain intact, but paid features and stored site data may be removed.
How to cancel your subscription
Sign in to SEO Gets and open Billing & Invoices in your account settings.
Look for the Cancel option on your current subscription. If you don't see it, click Manage Billing to open your billing provider portal, where you can cancel directly.
If you can't find a cancel option in either place, open the support chat and ask us to stop your renewal. We'll handle it for you.
What happens after you cancel
SEO Gets bills subscriptions in advance, so canceling stops renewal rather than cutting you off immediately:
Your paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period.
You won't be charged again, and the subscription will not renew.
Once the billing period ends, your account moves to the free plan.
What stays visible on the free plan
After your paid subscription ends, you keep:
Your master dashboard and all connected properties
Your Google Search Console and Google Analytics connections
Your account settings and filters
What you lose when downgrading
The free plan does not include:
Tags — Property groups and labels are hidden until you resubscribe.
Combined metrics — Aggregated data across multiple properties is no longer visible.
Dashboard drill-down — You can't click through to individual property dashboards.
Enhanced reports — You can no longer access content decay heatmap, keyword cannibalization, and other enhanced reports accessed through individual property dashboards.
Super Sites features — Extended storage and indexing for large sites stops.
Your account settings and Google connections remain safe, but SEO Gets may delete stored site data 7 days after cancellation. If you want to keep your Super Sites and extended data, reactivate your subscription before that deadline.
Trial end vs. cancellation
A free trial works differently from canceling a paid plan. If you're on a trial, you don't need to cancel anything. The trial does not renew automatically, and because SEO Gets never asks for a credit card upfront, there's no charge when it ends. Your master dashboard stays available, but you lose tags, combined metrics, and dashboard drill-down — the same limits as the free plan. See What happens after my free trial ends? for full details.
How to resubscribe later
If you want your paid features back, go to Billing & Invoices, select your plan, and complete checkout. Your settings will pick up right where you left off.
