Account access & setup

Why can't I see my GSC data even with permissions granted?

If you've granted the necessary permissions in Google but still can't see your Search Console data in SEO Gets, the issue is usually one of two things: your subscription status or your Google account connection.

Check your subscription first

Before troubleshooting permissions, verify that you have an active subscription. If your subscription has lapsed or expired, SEO Gets won't be able to fetch data from your connected Google accounts β€” even if all your permissions are correct.

  1. Sign in to SEO Gets.

  2. Go to Billing & Invoices.

  3. Confirm that your subscription is active and up to date.

If your subscription has expired, renew it to restore data access. For help managing your billing, see Manage billing.

Verify your Google account has GSC access

Once you've confirmed your subscription is active, check that you're connected with the right Google account β€” the one that actually has access to your Search Console property.

  1. Go to Settings β†’ My Google Accounts.

  2. Look at the Google account currently connected.

  3. Confirm this is the same account that has access to the Search Console property in Google.

SEO Gets can only show data for properties your connected Google account already has access to in Search Console. If you're signed in with a different Google account than the one that manages the property, the data won't appear.

Reconnect your Google account

If your subscription is active and you're using the correct Google account, try reconnecting your account to refresh the connection:

  1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/connections

  2. Click on SEO Gets

  3. Click Delete All

  4. Log in to SEO Gets again and re-connect your Google Account

  5. Approve the read-only access request.

For step-by-step guidance, see Connect your Google account.

If the property is still missing

If you've checked your subscription, reconnected the correct Google account, and still don't see your Search Console property, you may not have access to that property in Google anymore. See Reconnect missing Search Console property to troubleshoot further.

What to check next

  • Make sure you're using the Google account that is listed as an owner or user for the Search Console property.

  • Make sure your property is verified in Google Search Console

  • If multiple team members have access, verify that no one removed your permissions or disconnected their account that was providing access.

  • If someone else on your team was providing access through their connected Google account, ask them to reconnect or re-add you to the team.
