Step 4: Customize Preferences

Privacy Blur

Privacy Blur hides sensitive information in your SEO Gets dashboard—perfect for screen sharing, screenshots, or working in public spaces. When enabled, it blurs key data points and changes your browser tab title to "SEO Gets" so no one can see what you're working on.

Turn Privacy Blur on or off

  1. Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of SEO Gets.

  2. Toggle Privacy Blur to ON to enable it, or OFF to disable it.

Your preference is saved automatically, so it stays the way you left it next time you log in.

Toggle Privacy Blur before joining a video call or taking a screenshot. It only takes one click to hide client names, URLs, and other sensitive details.

What gets hidden

When Privacy Blur is ON:

  • Sensitive elements like site URLs and property names are blurred.

  • Some data points are hidden entirely.

  • Your browser tab title changes to "SEO Gets."

This protects your data while keeping the interface functional—you can still navigate and interact with the dashboard.

When to use it

Use Privacy Blur when:

  • You're screen sharing during a meeting or presentation.

  • You're taking screenshots for documentation or support.

  • You're working in a public place like a coffee shop or co-working space.

  • You want to keep client or project details private from someone nearby.

It's a quick toggle, so you can turn it on whenever you need it and switch it off just as fast.
